- I still can't believe I did it!!! It was a personal challenge for me and I feel terrific! Thank you for all your help in preparing me for this event. I am leaning towards doing the Danskin event for many personal reasons.
Again, many thanks to you for the encouragement and support. I entered the water on Sunday without any fears and ended the race later with tears in my eyes....

- Ken-Thank you so much for helping me accomplishing my goal of finishing my first triathlon. Had it not been for your experience and knowledge I don't think I could have done it. I think I am a little crazy but I am going to do the Pleasant Prairie one and then for sure the Danskin. Thanks again for everything - it was so much fun!!

- I didn’t get a chance to see you on Sunday after the race, but have the same sentiments as everyone else – I could NOT have done this without you and your excellent preparation in the class. I felt so prepared and because of that, extra confident that I had all the right equipment, knew exactly what to expect and had the right training.
I walked through transition on Saturday and Sunday and was completely amazed at how many women had no clue!
I am the type who needs to be able to picture and visualize everything and I couldn’t have been better prepared. THANK YOU!
- H.G., 2009 Trek Triathlon finisher
- As a first time Triathlon and Danskin race participant, I knew that working with a professional would elevate my performance to a level beyond what I could have achieved on my own. My experience working with Ken exceeded all of my expectations. He clearly shows enthusiasm and enjoyment in coaching and brings the highest level of professionalism balanced with a contagious desire to make sure that training is fun! Ken's tenure in the sport ensured that all questions had answers based on first hand experiences and knowledge acquired along the way. Based on the Danskin experience I had with Ken, I am planning to continue training with him both on and off season. I am confident that I will find continued success training with him.
- R.M., 2008 Danskin finisher: Top 6% overall, Top 9% Age Group, Top 1% overall Run
